Writing about Research
I have reorganized my paper several times to utilize my data most effectively as possible. Thank goodness for the APA Manual...

I am also finding that two other strategies are helping me on this journey...
          • Reading sample works
          • Returning back to my reseach questions
          • Keeping in mind the audience
As content and language objectives form our daily lesson plans, my research questions are developing the structure of my paper. Also, the audience is very important to continue to consider! Of course I plan to share my report with my peers and professors, but I also want my report to be a useful tool as I move forward with New Teacher Induction work at the district level. Thus, although a big part of what I want to express in my paper is that it's incredibly important mentor-mentee programs are differentiated to meet the needs of all new teachers and mentors, I want to be as specific as possible in addressing my findings and necessary elements that will foster positive change in the program.
